Friday, April 16, 2021 is the final day to apply for loan forgiveness consideration for water systems.
Water and wastewater systems that qualify for SFY2022 Loan Forgiveness must apply by the close of business on Friday, April 16, 2021.
The deadline is for loan forgiveness consideration only requiring CWSRF Project Priority List submission for proposed Phase I or Phase II projects of eligible entities. Loan forgiveness candidates are those with a population of 3,300 or less. Additional loan forgiveness details can be found here.
“We urge all water and wastewater systems that qualify for loan forgiveness to apply for consideration,” Oklahoma Rural Water Association, Deputy CEO, Jimmy Seago said. “The past year has stressed our infrastructure and the people of Oklahoma and this is a great opportunity to find some form of relief.”
