DEQ/ORWA Rural Infrastructure Grant (RIG) Application Form

Note: Due to funding constraints, all new RIG applications are being placed on a waiting list for consideration. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply and to let their state legislators know how valuable this program is to small water utilities.
