The Oklahoma Rural Water Association appoints Jimmy Seago to serve as the Chief Executive Officer.
On October 21, 2021 the ORWA Board of Directors appointed Jimmy Seago as the new CEO of ORWA. As an experienced leader and after serving as Interim CEO for the past three months, the board formally offered Seago the position.
“Mr. Seago has been a part of ORWA for many years and during his time here he has built strong relationships with leaders in our industry and within state and federal agencies, making him a natural leader and obvious choice for the position as CEO,” said Arvil Morgan, President of ORWA. “We are excited to have Jimmy take ORWA to the next level.”
Seago accepted the position and emphasized that it is business as usual at ORWA. He values the team and their abilities to problem solve, develop relationships and continue to work hard for rural Oklahoma.
“I am honored to serve as the CEO of our great organization,” Seago said. “I believe that our team is the best in the business when it comes to serving rural Oklahomans and providing water and wastewater services and I look forward to working with our partners to help make Oklahoma a Top 10 State, and continue to promote growth across Oklahoma.”
