Tulsa County Rural Water District 14 is looking for a maintenance operator.
General Requirements are:
Must be 18+ years of age and have Valid Driver’s License with no tickets or accidents within past 3 years
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
Must have reliable telephone service and be available for On Call / After Hours Emergencies
Will be required to have or obtain before hired a Class D Water License
Must have basic computer knowledge
Must be able to work in the elements
Must be good at problem solving and leak detection
Manual Labor will be required: Working in ditches, on the ground, using hand tools, lifting 75+ pounds
Backhoe/excavator experience preferred
Working with a system built in the 40’s
Normal working hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:30AM to 4:00PM (but on call emergency line is required 24/7)
