This position performs supervisory, administrative and professional work in the operations of the Utilities Department including planning, organizing, evaluating and troubleshooting municipal utilities systems and programs including water, wastewater, refuse/recycling and storm water. State of Kansas Class II Water System and Class I Wastewater Treatment Facility certifications are required within 18 months of employment.
