Harper County Rural Water District #1 is accepting applications for System Manager. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s background and experience. This is a hands-on managerial position that includes responsibilities such as manual labor, maintaining water towers, water lines and water meters, operating heavy equipment like a backhoe, performing office work, handling paperwork, and computer knowledge. The role also involves managing employees.
Applicants must have good driving record. While a CDL is a plus, it is not mandatory. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and perform physical labor.
