The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and front desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Handle Accounts, daily payments, deposits, and reconciling a cash drawer
  • Answer and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support office management functions
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience is preferred
  • Previous experience handling cash and payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Experience with copier, fax and database is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
