This job is very flexible on location and would be handling a small rural water system of 438 active taps. A few hydrants and flushes.
DBP, BACT, flushing, water loss, engineering coordination, operations management, all subsequent paperwork as well as being named DEQ contact.
This job will require you to complete the district’s daily work orders, DEQ samples, Okie locates, paperwork that needs to be filled out. Maintenance of all meter boxes and upkeep on meters. The candidate will work closely with our engineer. The position will include but not limited to fixing leaks, having equipment ready, and supplies ready for repairs cut offs and all daily required work orders. Etc.
Class C license is required and a clean driving record.
After hours and weekend cell phone will be required to carry and answer. Truck and fuel is provided by the district. This is a very fun-loving flexible district and a great place to work for the ideal candidate.
