Jimmy Seago Named ORWA Interim CEO

Following the Oklahoma Rural Water Association Board of Director’s Meeting on Monday, July 26, 2021, Board Chair Arvil Morgan announced the Board’s decision to appoint Jimmy Seago to serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Seago has been involved in the water and wastewater industry for more than 20 years and has served as the Deputy CEO at ORWA for the past seven years.

“While we know this decision understandably may create some uncertainty among our membership, please be assured that the Board values all of our members and the hard work our operators, trainers, and staff contribute each day to provide water and wastewater services to Oklahomans,” said Morgan.

Seago will serve as point of contact for correspondence and will oversee the operation of the Association and its entities.

“The membership needs are first and foremost, and ORWA is blessed to have many highly skilled, professional employees dedicated to carrying out the daily functions of the organization. Association members can expect no disruption in operations and service,” Jimmy said.
