Operations/Accounts Manager: Management of daily and monthly business operations, inclusive of, but not limited to: current and new membership account management; coordination of new installations and/or repairs with Line Manager and contractors; periodic correspondence with engineering, banking, and legal representatives; customer service; customer file management and updating; maintaining mandatory office records; bank deposits; monthly bill mailing; overseeing capital improvement and maintenance projects; daily communication with Line Manager; daily monitoring of financial institution activity and utility payments; submission of ads for bids and permits; board meeting preparation, agenda filing, attendance and recording of meeting minutes; submission of monthly payroll information and annual 1099 reporting; monthly and annual document filing with county and state; website updating; monitoring after hours phone; and knowledge of Open Meeting Act. Approximately 20 hours per week.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
