18th Annual Drinking Water Taste Contest

The Oklahoma Rural Water Association intends to find out who has the best-tasting water in the state. We’ve heard many boasts – now it’s time to see. The winning system will receive one free full registration to next year’s Annual Conference as well as an entry at next year’s National Rural Water Association’s Great American Water Taste Test in Washington DC. This contest is only open to current ORWA members.

Contest Rules:

Registration forms and samples must be turned in to the ORWA registration desk by 2:30 pm, Wednesday, April 10th.
Draw a one-quart sample from your supply in a new or sterile mason jar or equivalent. Turn it in at the ORWA registration desk upon your arrival. We will refrigerate it until the contest.
The preliminary judging will take place Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 PM to narrow the field to three (3) finalists.
The finals will be held Thursday, April 11th, during the Keynote Luncheon. At that time, a distinguished panel of judges will rank the remaining entries.
